About the Design
This sweet family arrived at Broken Shovels Farm Sanctuary one very cold February night. They were in terrible condition. They were so hungry. They were terrified, yet defeated. We treated their injuries and illnesses and showered this little family with good food and loving attention. Fast forward several years to now and Elisa (mom), Emilio and Ernesto (sons) are still inseparable but are confident knowing they will never have to worry about food, shelter or safety.
